Looking ahead...There is a great place I know where we can watch a good sunset while eating mexican food or a good coffee in denim jackets so keep looking ahead! Smile!

Gail,
It was nice talking to you today. You have an unbelievable, positive attitude. That's what it takes to beat this nasty disease. Stay strong! Please call or email me if you need anything during this journey or have any questions (or just want to talk to someone who has been through this). I know everyone's course is different, but hopefully I can help out.

I found much strength and inspiration from a little book of sayings from Hallmark, "the spirit of hope":

"Nothing is stronger than the strength of spirit. The body may falter. But inside, unchanging, a spirit brilliant with strength and resilience shines on. And on. And on. "

From one survivor to another:
Take this journey one day at a time. Rest when you can. Enjoy your good days. Do the things you love to do. Be strong.

Best of luck on Friday!
